Return

The company believes in offering a return policy that lasts for 30 days. Provided a customer feels dissatisfied with the products, they can communicate for a return. Provided the customer return within 30 days of purchase, they are eligible for a refund on their products.

Customers must be aware that the goods must be in their original shape and size, without any possible damage. They must not get used. Once such parameters are met, your good becomes eligible for return and refund.

Please be careful about attaching your receipt of purchase for affirming us with your purchase proof.

Initiating Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods and items, our team will send you an official intimation mail to update you about our receipt. Then our team will inspect the goods for checking any distortion. Once we are sure about the product’s intact quality, we will initiate a refund. The refunded amount will get credited to your account through your original mode of payment within a few days.

Items on Sale

The items we make available on sale are not susceptible to complete refunds.

Gift Items

If the gifted item has your original address for delivery, you are eligible for a gift card. The returned item will be exchanged for a gift card of the same order value.

Provided you gift it to someone who seeks a return, we will notify both parties. Here the gifting individual will get a gift card of the same order value.

Shipping Policy

The shipping prices are not eligible for return. When you return your goods or products, you will get the product’s original value, after deducting the shipping amount.
